CCAM -- The Computerized Communications-Asset Management System -- offers benefits for the physical layer management of any communications intensive facility. 

These benefits are being realized in every phase of the engineering process - planning, design, implementation and maintenance.  As the physical layer component of any total network management program CCAM is a cost efficient tool used to:

• Maintain a complete inventory of telecommunications assets,
  
• Document all the details of network connectivity,
  
• Process all installations, moves, adds, and changes efficiently,
  
• Automatically determine appropriate circuit connectivity, and
  
• View any and all inventory items on CAD drawings.
  

The primary objective of the Netarx Network Monitoring System (NMS) is to provide monitoring of mission-critical network infrastructure.

NMS is designed to provide an alternative to costly monitoring and management systems and reduce capital expenditure on expensive equipment and software as well as reduce the need for high-salaried onsite technical staff.

NMS proactively monitors mission-critical services, whereby intelligence is applied to network incidents earlier in the resolution process. Thus many incidents can be resolved more quickly - quite possibly before the client is aware of them, while preventing many system failures from occurring in the first place.  The net result of this service is decreased loss of valuable time, productivity and money due to network failure and subsequent downtime.
